A history podcast aimed towards a teenage/young adult target audience.
Concept project while studying at Shillington.
This concept explores representing history as an interconnected tapestry weaved throughout time.

The historical figures on the podcast covers were inspired by the 2d side profile figures in the Bayeux Tapestry (I used brighter bolder colours to appeal to a younger more contemporary audience. All of the figures are portrayed in this same style to reflect the interwoven timeline of history itself.

For the logo, i created a type lockup using a mixture of typefaces, offset at slight angles, in order to create a dynamic and engaging mood for the targeted demographic, whilst also being reflective of the mixture of historical periods explored in the podcast.

Using the embroidered historical figures within social media rollout - focusing on the tone of voice to connect with a social media-engaging audience.

Who listens to their favourite podcast without headphones?

It would be a waste to not take full advantage of the embroidery motif by producing apparel rollout!
